Self Improvement.

In preparation for the wedding and just as a personal point of pride, I have decided to actively work on some areas of self improvement.

Here's the plan.

Each week I will commit to doing something new to make me a better me. If the habit doesn't stick, I'll spend another week on it.

This week, I'm working on taking vitamins and fiber every day. This should be a relatively easy one to start out with since I already take 2 prescriptions each day.

I'll let you know how it goes!
